Administrators can create new boards and categories.
They can also create new boards and categories in Admin.
For the Free plan, you can create 10 boards in total. For the Standard and Advanced plans, you can create up to 300.
Add a board
Create a board for posting.
Mobile
- Tap 'Board' on the bottom.
- Tap
. - Tap 'Manage'.
- Tap 'Add Category/Board' and then 'Add Board'.
- Write board name and set board permissions, Board Manager, permission to post notice, order, type, and template.
- Tap 'Save'.
Add a category
You can group multiple boards together by creating categories.
Mobile
- Tap 'Board' on the bottom.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Manage'.
- Tap 'Add Category/Board' and then 'Add Category'.
- Change the name of the category.
- Tap 'Change order' to move boards.
- Tap 'Save'.
