Multiple members can edit a single post.
You can check the revision history of the post and restore it.
However, multiple members cannot edit the same post simultaneously.
Allow editing settings
You can set to allow editing when writing a new post or after you have already posted it.
Whether the editing is allowed will be displayed at the bottom of the author's name: 'Allow editing : ON (Members can edit)' (For member boards, 'Allow editing : ON (Members with writing permission can edit)'), 'Allow editing : OFF (Only the author and Board Manager can edit)'.
The default setting value of Allow editing is 'Allow editing : OFF (Only the author and Board Manager can edit)'.
Allow editing when writing new posts
When you write a new post, you can set to allow editing.
Mobile
- Tap 'Board' on the bottom, then tap
. - Select the board to post.
- Tap 'Post Settings'.
- Turn 'Allow editing' on or off.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - In the left menu, click 'Write'.
- Select the board to post.
- Turn 'Allow editing' on or off.
Set to allow editing of registered posts
Authors can set to allow editing on posts they posted.
Mobile
- Open the post and tap
. - Tap 'Edit'.
- Tap and then 'Post Settings'.
- Turn 'Allow editing' on or off.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click and open the post to allow editing.
- Click 'Edit'.
- Select or deselect 'Allow editing' at the bottom of the screen.
Administrators and Board Managers can allow editing of posts posted by members for administrative purposes.
Edit posts
Any member can edit posts that are allowed to be edited.
On the member board,only members with writing permission can edit posts that are allowed to be edited.
Administrators and Board Managers can edit any post.
Mobile
- Open the post to edit.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Edit' to edit the post.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click and open the post to edit.
- Click 'Edit' to edit the post.
- Click 'Publish'. To send a post edit notification, select 'Send notification of post modification' and then click ‘OK’.
The author information displays the name of the author who last edited the post and the edit time.
When you open a post not allowed to edit, 'Allow editing : OFF (Only the author and Board Manager can edit)' is displayed below the author name.
Check post revision history
In posts that are allowed to be edited, you can check the member who edited the post, edit time, and whether it has been restored.
Only the latest 30 revisions and restoration histories can be viewed.
Mobile
After opening the post, tap 'Last update' at the bottom of the author to view your revision history.

- Click on the top.
- Click the post.
- Click 'Last update' at the bottom of the author to view your revisions.
Restore posts
You can restore a specific version of a post from your revision history.
Mobile
- After you open the post, tap 'Last update' at the bottom of the author.
- Tap 'Restore' of the history to restore the post.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click the post.
- Click 'Last update' at the bottom of the author.
- Click 'Restore' of the history to restore the post.
The restoration history is also recorded in the revision history.
