Members can read or write comments on the post in which the post author allowed comments.
They can also attach stickers or photos to comments.
Also, members altogether can write up to 10,000 comments per post.
Leave a sticker comment
You can send a sticker when leaving a comment.
Mobile
- Tap
in the comment field. - Swipe left or right to choose a sticker set.
If you have never used a sticker set, tap 'Download' to download the stickers. - Tap a sticker to send.
To send the sticker alone, tap the sticker again. To send the sticker with a comment, leave your comment and tap
to send.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - Click the post you want to comment on.
- Click in the comment field at the bottom and select the sticker you want.
- Type in the comment and click 'Enter'.
You cannot use stickers purchased personally on LINE in LINE WORKS.
Leave a comment with a photo, video, or file
You can only send one photo, video, or file for every comment.
Mobile
- Tap
in the comment field. - Tap 'Photos' to attach a photo or a video, or tap 'Drive' or 'Folder' to attach a file.
- Type in the comment, and tap to send.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click the post you want to comment on.
- Select
in the comment field at the bottom to attach a photo, video, or file from 'My PC' or 'Drive'. However, if you are not using 'Drive', you can load files from 'Folder'. - Type in the comment and click 'Enter'.
Mention in comment
You can also select a member's name from the existing comments to leave a comment and send a message notification to the member.

- Tap a member's name from the comments and the name appears in the comment field.
- After writing your comment, tap to send a notification to the member.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click the post you want to comment on.
- Click a member's name from the comments and the name appears in the comment field.
- Type in the comment and click 'Enter'.
Use @ to mention a member
You can also enter @ to send a notification to a specific member.
Mobile
- Enter @ in the comment field.
- Tap the member you want to mention.
- Type in the comment and tap 'Enter'.
PC Web
- Enter @ in the comment field.
- Click the member you want to mention.
- Type in the comment and click 'Enter'.
Notifications for mentioned messages
Names mentioned in comments are highlighted in blue, and you will receive notifications whenever your name is tagged.
Comment notifications
Post authors can receive push or pop-up notifications for every new comment on posts that allow comments.
By turning ON the comment notifications on the posts you are interested in, you will receive push or pop-up notifications whenever someone leaves a comment on these posts.
Reply to comments
You can reply to the comments in the posts where comments are allowed. Whenever you reply to a comment, the person who left the comment will be automatically mentioned.
You can also attach files and stickers on comment replies. However, even if a comment is deleted, the comment replies will not be deleted.
The administrator and the Board Manager can delete comments and replies but cannot edit them.

- Tap 'Reply' in the comment you want to reply.
- Type in the reply and tap to reply to the comment.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click the post you want to leave a reply.
- Click 'Reply' in the comment you want to reply.
- Type in the reply and click 'Enter' to reply to the comment.
Reply notifications
Whenever someone replies to a comment, notifications are sent to the following: the post author who allowed the comment function, members who left the comment, or mentioned in the reply.
