For seamless collaboration, you can use the Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list (Only available for the Advanced plan) features with team members.
Only the team leader can set whether to use team features.
Mobile
- Tap 'Contacts'.
- Tap 'Company Members' on the top.
- Tap
in the organizational chart.
- Tap 'Manage Team feature'.
- Tap 'Message room features'.
- Change the message room features settings and tap

- Tap 'Save'.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click the team name under 'Company members' on the left menu.
- Click
on the right side of the Search Contacts bar.
- Change the message room features settings and click 'Save'.
Delete Team Message Room features data
The team leader can delete Message Room Note, Event, and Folder data to secure shared storage capacity.
After deleting data, it may take some time for changes to apply.
