Team feature settings

The team features such as Message, Note, Event, Folder, and Mailing List to facilitate seamless collaboration between team members.

Only the team leader can set whether to use team functions.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Contacts’.
  2. Tap ‘Company Members’ on the top.
  3. Tap in the organizational chart.
  4. Tap ‘Manage Team feature’.
  5. Change the settings for Team features and tap ‘Save’.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click the team name under ‘Company members’ on the left menu.
  3. Click on the right side of the Search Contacts bar.
  4. Change the settings for team features and tap ‘Save’.
