This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.

On Windows 10 version 1809 or later, you can use 'Shared Drive' and Team/Group Folders via 'LINE WORKS Drive (Group) (W:)' without any additional settings. 

'My Drive' and 'Shared Folder' are available in the 'LINE WORKS Drive' folder after the sync setting.

For macOS Big Sur 11 or later, you can set all Drive folders and files to sync, and the synced folders and files are available in the 'LINE WORKS Drive' folder.

LINE WORKS Drive (Group) (W:) folder settings

If you do not want to use LINE WORKS Drive (Group) (W:), you can set whether to display it in the Drive Group Folder.

1. Hover the mouse over the LINE WORKS Drive  icon on the taskbar.
2. Right-click the icon.
3. Click 'Settings'.
4. Check the checkbox under 'LINE WORKS Drive (W:) exposure setting'.
5. Click 'Complete' on the bottom.
