This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
In Settings, you can change the settings on the sync folder, file notifications, and login.
Sync Folder settings
The items selected to sync in Settings are displayed as online-only in the Sync Folder. You can change the folder setting for all folders in Drive.
Windows
- Right-click the LINE WORKS Drive
icon on the taskbar.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Sync Setting' tab.
- Select the LINE WORKS Drive folder to sync.
- Click
of the 'Folder location', select the PC folder to sync, and then click 'OK'.
- Click 'Apply' on the bottom.
macOS
- Click the Drive Explorer
icon on the top menu bar.
- Click 'Preferences'.
- Click the 'Sync settings' tab.
- Select the folder from LINE WORKS Drive to sync.
- Click
of the 'Folder location', select the PC folder to sync, and then click 'OK'.
- Click 'Apply' on the bottom.
File notifications
You can set the scope of exposure for file uploads and file lock for Shared and Team/Group Folders.
Windows
- Right-click the LINE WORKS Drive
icon on the taskbar.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Change the file notification settings in 'File notifications'.
macOS
- Click the Drive Explorer
icon on the top menu bar.
- Click 'Preferences'.
- Change the file notification settings in 'File notifications'.
Set up automatic conversion to Online-only
Manage PC storage capacity by automatically converting files and folders unopened for a certain period into Online-only in macOS.
macOS
- Click the Drive Explorer
icon on the top menu bar.
- Click 'Preferences'.
- Click the 'Basic Settings' tab.
- Select a period on 'Set the automatic conversion period for Online-only'.
Login setting
You can change the Drive Explorer login-related settings.
Set whether to run Drive Explorer automatically when turning the PC on or allow multi-logins, etc.
Multi-logins are available for a maximum of 3 IPs.
