This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
By sending a message with a shortcut button to the Team/Group Message Room for direct access to files or folders in the Team/Group Folder, you can send and receive data necessary for work without worrying about limited shared storage.
Click the 'Go to Folder' button to go to the folder or where the file is saved.
The location of Team/Group Folders with restricted permissions cannot be sent.
Send the location of a file or folder to a message room
Mobile
- Tap the Team/Group Folder in Drive with the file or folder to send the location.
- Tap
to the right of the file or folder to send the location. - Tap ‘Send’.
- Tap ‘Send location to this message room’.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - Enter the Team/Group Folder. Click the Team/Group Folder with the file or folder to send the location.
- Hover the mouse over the file or folder to send the location.
- Click
. - Click ‘Send location to this chatroom’. Click ‘OK’ to enter the message room right away.

Mobile
- Check the message notification sent to the message room and tap ‘Go to folder’ to enter the folder right away.
PC Web
- Click

PC App
- Click on the top.
- Check the message notification sent to the message room and click ‘Go to folder’. Go to the PC web page and check the folder to the right of the page.
