Send as a file via note

CONTENTS

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.

Attach a file in Drive to write a Note post.

Send a file to Note

Mobile

  1. Tap  next to the Drive file to send.
  2. Tap ‘Send’.
  3. Tap ‘Send as File’.
  4. Tap ‘Note’.
  5. Select the Message Room Note to attach the file.
  6. Tap 'Confirm’.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Hover the mouse over the file to send to Note.
  3. Click .
  4. Hover the mouse over 'Send as File’.
  5. Click ‘Send via Note’.

On the PC browser, files can only be sent to a Note in the same message room.

Send multiple files to Note

Mobile

  1. Tap and hold the file you want to send.
  2. Select the files to send.
  3. Tap  at the bottom left.
  4. Tap ‘Send as File’.
  5. Tap ‘Note’.
  6. Select the Message Room Note to attach the file.
  7. Tap 'Confirm’.
