Shared Drive
This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
Shared Drive is a space for collaboration; you can store and share all company knowledge/business data.
The Drive service administrator can create and manage Shared Drive and specify the sharing scope according to the purpose.
- Only the domain members set by the Drive service administrator can access.
- Folder Masters can enhance security with permission setting (Edit, Read, or Access) by folder level.
- Can be set to private if necessary for archiving purposes.
- Used capacity is deducted from shared storage capacity.

Note
- Link Sharing: To share files and folders as links, the administrator must allow Drive's link sharing function in Admin, and also link sharing in each of the Shared Drives.
- Moving files and folders: Files and folders on a Shared Drive can only be moved within the same Shared Drive.
- Delete files and folders: Deleted files and folders are moved to the Trash in Shared Drive.
Team/Group Folder
The Team/Group Folder can be used by members of the team added in the organizational chart or members of a group created for each project.
To use the Team/Group Folder, the leader of a team added in the Admin or the Group Master of an added group must enable the Folder feature.
- Can only be accessed by users who belong to the team or group.
- The team leader or the Group Master can set the authority (permission to access, edit or read) for each folder.
- Used capacity is deducted from shared storage capacity.
- Available in Free and Standard plans as the folders in Message.

Note
- Link Sharing: To share files and folders as links, the administrator must allow Team/Group Folder's link sharing function in Admin. Also, the team leader(Team Folder) or Group Master(Group Folder) must allow the use of link sharing for each folder.
- Moving files and folders: Files and folders can only be moved within the same Team/Group Folder.
- Delete files and folders: Deleted files and folders are moved to the Trash in Team/Group Folder.
My Drive
This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
My Drive is a personal space provided to all members. However, My Drive may not be available depending on the Admin setting.
- Only the owner can access.
- Users can share the folders to other users.
- Used capacity is deducted from the shared storage capacity.
- Displayed as
on mobile, and as
on the PC web.
Note
- Link Sharing: To share files and folders as links, the administrator must allow Drive's link sharing function in Admin.
- Moving files and folders: Files and folders can only be moved within My Drive.
- Delete files and folders: Deleted files and folders are moved to the Trash in My Drive.
Shared Folder
This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
Shared Folder is a folder shared by a member who uses My Drive with another member. When you share a folder, the owner of the folder becomes the master of that folder.
- Can only be accessed by the owner of My Drive and the members that the owner shared the folder to.
- Displayed as 'Sharing folders' to the folder owner and as 'Folder Shared' to the members that the owner shared the folder to.
- The master of the folder in sharing can change the authority (permission to edit or read) of the members that the folder was shared.
- Used capacity is deducted from the shared storage capacity.

Note
- Link Sharing: To share files and folders as links, the administrator must allow Drive's link sharing function in Admin. Also, the user must have editing permission for a Shared Folder.
- Moving files and folders: Files and folders in a Shared Folder can only be moved within the same Shared Folder by users with the editing permission.
- Delete files and folders: Deleted files and folders are moved to the Shared Folder owner's My Drive Trash.

The following are the tasks you can perform per each folder permission.
However, folders with permissions set on Shared Drives are restricted from moving and link sharing even with the permission to edit.
