This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.
You can share a specific folder in My Drive with other members or enable co-editing.
Share a folder
You can invite members to a specific folder. The invited members can access the folder contents, create and edit files. You can select permission to read or edit folders for each member.
Mobile
- Tap
of the folder you want to share.
- Tap 'Share'.
- Tap 'Share folder'.
- Select the members you want to invite, and tap 'Confirm' to share the folder.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Select the folder you want to share.
- Click 'Share > Share folder' on the top.
- Enter the names of members or the team to invite.
- Click 'OK' to share the folder.

Add members to a shared folder
After sharing a folder, you can always add new members to the folder.
Mobile
- Tap
in the shared folder to check the members.
- Tap

- Select the members to invite, and tap 'Confirm' to add the members.

- Hover the mouse over the shared folder.
- Click

- Click 'Share folder'.
- Enter the names of members or the teams to invite.
- Click 'OK' to share the folder with new members.

You can check the list of members in the shared folder and select the permission to read or write for each member.

- Tap the 'Manage sharing folder' to check the members in which the folder was shared.

- Click 'member' in Details to check the members.
Select permission for each member
You can select permission to edit or read the shared folder for each member.
The default is set to 'Editable'.

- Tap
in the shared folder.
You can also tapof the shared folder in the list to tap 'Share' and then 'Manage sharing folder'.
- Tap
next to the member you want to change the permission given.
- Select the permission.
- Editable: Permission to upload, download, edit, and delete files/folders.
- Read only: Permission to only download files.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click
on the top right in the shared folder.
- Click 'member' in Details to check the members.
- Click 'Manage member' to open a management window.
- Select whether to give the members permission to 'Edit' the folder.
- Click 'OK'.
Delete members from a shared folder
You can delete members from shared folders.
Mobile
- Open a shared folder, and tap

To delete a member, you can also tapof the folder from the shared folder list. Tap 'Share' and then 'Manage sharing folder'.

next to the member you want to delete.
- Tap 'Delete from shared members' to delete the member from the shared folder.
PC Web
- Click

- Hover the mouse over the shared folder.

- Click the 'Share folder' to open a window for inviting and managing members.
- Click 'x' next to the member you want to delete.
- Click 'OK'.
Unshare a folder
You can unshare a folder.
Mobile
- Tap
of the shared folder.
- Tap 'Share'.
- Tap 'Manage sharing folder'.
- Tap 'Unshare' to unshare the folder.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over the shared folder.
- Click

- Click 'Cancel share'.
- Click 'OK'.
Rename a shared folder
You can rename a shared folder using 'Rename'.
However, even if you change the name of a folder, changes will not apply to the members that the folder was shared. Instead, you can unshare the folder and share the folder again to let the members see the folder in its new name.
