Manage Team/Group Folder

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.

The Team/Group Folder Masters can edit member information, set link usage and file upload notification status for each folder.

Group Folder Master and member management

Mobile

In mobile environments, the Group Master and member can be edited in Message  or Contacts .

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click  to the right of the Team/Group Folder.
  3. Click ‘Group details.
  4. Click ‘Edit’.
  5. Edit the Group Master or member.
  6. Click ‘Save’.

For Team Folders, go to the administrator page and edit the member information to add members or change the team leader to change the Folder Master.

Link sharing usage settings

The Folder Master (team leader or Group Master) can change the status of link sharing.

The setting will not be displayed if you are not the Folder Master or if the administrator restricted link sharing in the Team/Group Folder.

Mobile

On mobile, the link sharing status can be set in Message.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click  to the right of the Team/Group Folder.
  3. Click ‘Group folder settings’.
  4. Set the ‘Share Link’ to ‘On’.
  5. Click ‘Save’.

File upload message notification settings

The Folder Master (team leader or Group Master) can change the setting to send an automatic notification to the Group Message Room when a member uploads a file to the folder.

However, file upload notifications are not sent to folders with permissions set.

This setting is not displayed to those who are not the Folder Master.

Mobile

On mobile, you can set whether to use the file upload notification function in Message.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click  to the right of the Team/Group Folder.
  3. Click ‘Group folder settings’.
  4. Set the ‘File upload notification’ to ‘On’.
  5. Click ‘Save’.
