Upload photos or files

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option

You can save photos, videos, and files in your device to Drive.

This function is not available if the administrator restricted file transfer in an External Group Folder or file upload on mobile devices.

However, for iOS users, you can only upload photos and videos in your device due to the nature of iOS.

For Android OS devices, you can upload files other than photos and videos. You must first allow access to photos on your device.

You can also create folders in Drive for file management.

Upload a photo or video file

You can upload photos or videos in your device to Drive or take photos or videos to upload.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Drive.
  2. Tap 'Select Photos/Videos' to upload a photo or a video in your device, or tap 'Take a Photo/Video' to take a photo or video to upload.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Create new' on the top left in Drive.
  3. Select 'Upload file' or 'Upload folder'.
  4. Select the file or folder to upload.

You can also upload files by dragging them from my PC to Drive.

Upload files other than photos or videos

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Drive.
  2. To upload files on the device, tap ‘Upload file’ and select the files to upload.

This is only available on Android devices.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Create new' on the top left in Drive.
  3. Select 'Upload file'.
  4. Select the files to upload.

You can also upload files by dragging them from my PC to Drive.

Upload folders

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click ‘Create new’ on the top left of the page.
  3. Select ‘Upload folder’.
  4. Select the folder to upload.

You can also upload folders by dragging them from my PC to Drive.

The maximum number and file size for upload

There is no limit on the number of files you can upload at once. However, the file name can contain up to 255 characters (including file path), and the maximum file size is 10GB.
