Create a new template

The following are the three Template categories:

  • ‘Company’ templates in which all members of the company can use
  • ‘Team/Group’ templates used by team or group members
  • ‘MY’ templates for an individual user to use

There are different ways to create a new template:

  • Create new ‘Company’, ‘Team/Group’, or ‘MY’ templates.
  • Copy an existing template to create a new one in the location you want.

Create a new Company template

You can create a new template that all members can use.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in the message entry field.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap the ‘Company’ tab.
  4. On the bottom of the list of company templates, tap the ‘Create company template’.
  5. Organize the content as you want and tap ‘Complete’.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. From the list of message rooms, click the message room that you will use the template.
  3. Click on the top right of the message room.
  4. Click ‘Template’.
  5. Click the ‘Company’ tab on the top.
  6. On the bottom of the list of company templates, click the ‘Create company template’.
  7. Organize the content as you want and click ‘Complete’.

PC App

  1. Click on the top left.
  2. From the list of message rooms, click the message room that you will use the template.
  3. Clickon the top right of the message room.
  4. Click ‘Template’.
  5. Click the ‘Company’ tab on the top.
  6. On the bottom of the list of company templates, click the ‘Create company template’.
  7. Organize the content as you want and tap ‘Complete’.

Copy an existing template to create a Company template

If you want to create a ‘Company’ template by editing the contents of an existing template, you can use the copy function to create a new ‘Company’ template.

Mobile

  1. Among the templates in each tab, tapof the template you want to use again.
  2. Tap ‘Copy template’.
  3. Tap ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then tap ‘Confirm’.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Tap ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.

PC Web

  1. From the list of templates, click of the template you want to use again.
  2. Click ‘Copy template’.
  3. Click ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then click ‘Confirm’.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Click ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.

PC App

  1. From the list of templates, clickof the template you want to use again.
  2. Click ‘Copy template’.
  3. Click ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then click ‘Confirm’.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Click ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.

Create new Team/Group template

You can create a new template that Team/Group members can use.

Mobile

  1. Tap in the message entry field.
  2. Tap .
  3. From the list of templates, tap ’Team/Group’.
  4. On the bottom of the list of Team/Group templates, tap ‘Create team/group template’.
  5. Tap the name of the team or group to create a template. (If you have accessed this page through the Team/Group Message Room, the corresponding team or group is selected automatically.)
  6. Organize the content as you want.
  7. For Team/Group templates, you can give ‘All members’ or ‘Writer’ the ‘Permission to edit and delete template’. (The default setting is ‘All members’.)
  8. Tap ‘Complete’.

PC Web
