Create a new template

The following are the three Template categories:

  • ‘Company’ templates in which all members of the company can use
  • ‘Team/Group’ templates used by team or group members
  •  ‘MY’ templates for an individual user to use

There are different ways to create a new template:

  • Create new ‘Company’, ‘Team/Group’, or ‘MY’ templates.
  • Copy an existing template to create a new one in the location you want.

Create a new Company template

You can create a new template that all members can use.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in a Team or Group Message Room.
  2. Tap ‘Note’.
  3. Tap  in Note.
  4. Tap the text entry field and then  that appear on the top of the keyboard.
  5. Tap the ‘Company’ tab.
  6. On the bottom of the list of company templates, tap the ‘Create company template’.
  7. Organize the content as you want and tap ‘Complete’.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click a Team/Group Message Room from the message room list.
    A list of posts is displayed on the right.
  3. Click ‘Write’ on the top right.
  4. Click .
  5. Click the ‘Company’ tab on the top.
  6. On the bottom of the list of company templates, click the ‘Create company template’.
  7. Organize the content as you want and click ‘Complete’.

Copy an existing template to create a company template

If you want to create a ‘Company’ template by editing the contents of an existing template, you can use the copy function to create a new ‘Company’ template.

Mobile

  1. Tapof the template you want to use again.
  2. Tap ‘Copy template’.
  3. Tap ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then tap ‘Confirm’.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Tap ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.

PC Web

  1. Clickof the template you want to use again.
  2. Click ‘Copy template’.
  3. Click ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then click ‘Confirm’.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Click ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.

Create new Team/Group template

You can create a new template that Team/Group members can use.

For Team/Group templates, you can give ‘All members’ or ‘Writer’ the ‘Template modification/deletion permissions’.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in a Team or Group Message Room.
  2. Tap ‘Note’.
  3. Tap  in Note.
  4. Tap the text entry field and then  that appear on the top of the keyboard.
  5. Tap the ‘Company’ tab on the top.
  6. On the bottom of the list of Team/Group templates, tap ‘Create team/group template’.
  7. Tap the name of the team/group to create a template.
    If you have accessed this page through the Team/Group Message Room, the corresponding team or group is selected automatically.
  8. Organize the content as you want.
  9. Tap ‘Complete’.
