Send messages, emails, event invitations, or forms to the respondents of specific answer choices

The form creator can send messages, emails, event invitations, or additional forms to the respondents of specific answer choices in the form.

This is only available for forms that selected 'Show Name' of the 'Respondent Info' in form settings.

Mobile

  1. Tap    in Form.
  2. Tap 'My Forms'.
  3. Tap 'Results' in the form list.
    Among My Forms, tap 'Form List' and then 'Results' for recurring forms.
  4. Tap the answer choice of a question in Form Result.
  5. Tap 'Select'.
  6. Select the respondents to send messages, emails, event invitations, or additional forms.

PC Web

  1. Click 'My Forms' on the left menu.
  2. Click 'Results' in the form list.
    Among My Forms, click 'Form List' and then 'Results' for recurring forms.
  3. Click the answer choice of a question in Form Result.
  4. Click 'Select'.
  5. Select the respondents to send messages, emails, event invitations, or additional forms.
