Share a form

Share the created form in ‘Form summary’.

You can share created forms in the following ways:

  • Share via message
  • Share to Board
  • Share via email
  • Copy URL

Share via message

You can share the created form via message.

If all members are set as form recipients

Mobile

  1. In ‘Form summary’, tap ‘Message’.
  2. Select a message room and then tap ‘Confirm’ to share the form.

PC Web

  1. In ‘Form summary’, click ‘Message’.
  2. Search and select the message room for form sharing.
  3. Click ‘Send’ on the bottom to share the form.

If specific members are set as form recipients

If the form is for specific company members, you can share it via service notification message.

Mobile

  1. In ‘Form summary’, tap ‘Message’.
  2. Tap ‘Send as a service notification’ or ‘Send to a message room’.
    If you tap ‘Send as a service notification’, the service notification is sent automatically.
    If you tap ‘Send to a message room’, select the message room.
  3. Tap ‘Confirm’ to share the form.

PC Web

  1. In ‘Form summary’, click ‘Message’.
  2. Click ‘Send as a service notification’ or ‘Send to a message room’.
    If you click ‘Send as a service notification’, the service notification is sent automatically.
    If you click ‘Send to a message room’, search and select the message room.
  3. Click ‘Confirm’ to share the form.

Share to Board

You can share the created form to a post in Board.

Mobile

  1. In ‘Form summary’, tap ‘Board’.
  2. In ‘Write’, select the board you want, write the details, and tap ‘Save’ to publish the post to Board.

PC Web

  1. In ‘Form summary’, click ‘Board’.
  2. After selecting a board, enter the title and content.
  3. Click ‘Register’.

The form URL will be inserted in the body of the post.

Share via email

You can share the created form via email.

If all members are set as form recipients

You can attach a form participation link in the email body, and select specific members to share the form.

Mobile

  1. In ‘Form summary’, tap ‘Mail’.
  2. Select the recipients, and write the details.
  3. Tap ‘Send’ to send the email.

PC Web

  1. In ‘Form summary’, click ‘Mail’.
  2. Select the recipients, and write the details.
  3. Click ‘Send’ to send the email.

If specific members are set as form recipients

If you have selected specific members as form recipients, you can automatically send the form via email.

Mobile

  1. In ‘Form summary’, tap ‘Mail’.
  2. Tap ‘OK’ to send the form via email.

PC Web

  1. In ‘Form summary’, click ‘Mail’.
  2. Click ‘OK’ to send the form via email.

Copy URL to share

You can copy the URL and paste it into LINE WORKS services to share and allow the respondents to respond to the form.

Mobile

  1. In ‘Form summary’, tap ‘Copy URL’ to copy the form URL.
  2. Share the copied URL in LINE WORKS services.

PC Web

  1. In ‘Form summary’, click ‘Copy URL’ to copy the form URL.
  2. Share the copied URL in LINE WORKS services.
