Form summary

CONTENTS

You can check the form progress or settings and share forms to request responses.

You can also share, edit, delete forms, or change form settings, and check the preview and results.

View form summary

You can view summaries of forms that you have created or are collaborating on.

However, for recurring forms, go to 'Repeating Form Summary'.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap 'My Forms' or 'Collaboration Forms'.
  5. Tap the form to view the summary.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click 'My Forms' or 'Collaboration Forms'.
  3. Click the form to view the summary.

When you finish creating a form, you can still view the summary.

Latest edits

For the Collaboration forms, you can check the edit history in 'Latest edits'.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap 'Collaboration Forms'.
  5. Tap the form you want to view.
  6. Tap 'Latest edits'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click 'Collaboration Forms'.
  3. Click the form you want to view.
  4. Click 'Latest edits'.

Share a form

You can share a form created to receive responses.

Preview

Preview a form you created.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap a form to check the ‘Preview’.
  4. Tap ‘Preview’ to check the preview of the completed form.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click a form to check ‘Preview’.
  4. Click 'Preview' to check the preview of the completed form.

Edit a form

You can edit the created form.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the form to edit.
  4. Tap 'Edit Form' to edit the form.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the form to edit.
  4. Click 'Edit Form' to edit the form.

Form settings

You can change the settings of a created form.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the form you want to change the settings.
  4. Tap 'Set Form' to change the form settings.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the form you want to change the settings.
  4. Click 'Set Form' to change the form settings.

View form results

You can view the results and responses of the completed survey.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the form to check the form responses.
  4. Tap 'Form Result' to check the submitted responses.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the form to check the form responses.
  4. Click 'Form Result' to check the submitted responses.

Delete a form

You can delete the created form.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap right to the form.
  4. Tap 'Delete Form'.
  5. Tap 'OK'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the form you want to delete.
  4. Click on the top right.
  5. Click 'Delete Form'.
  6. Click 'OK'
