Recurring form summary

You can check the progress of the form, the scheduled date for recurrence, and share a link of the recurring form.

You can edit forms that will be repeated in the future, or check the results of forms that have already been created and answered.

View the recurring form summary screen

You can view the summary of the recurring forms you have created or are co-managing.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap 'My Forms' or 'Collaboration Forms'.
  5. Tap the recurring form to view a summary.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click 'My Forms' or 'Collaboration Forms'.
  3. Click the recurring form to view a summary.

You can view a form summary even after creating a new recurring form.

Latest edits

For recurring forms that are managed via collaboration, you can check the revision history by clicking 'Latest edits'.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap 'Collaboration Forms'.
  5. Tap the recurring form you want to view.
  6. Tap 'Latest edits'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click 'Collaboration Forms'.
  3. Click the recurring form you want to view.
  4. Click 'Latest edits'.

Share a fixed link to a recurring form

You can share a fixed link of a recurring form.

Even if the form is duplicated, the link remains the same. The link leads to the response screen of the most recently created version.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the recurring form you want to share.
  4. On the 'Repeating Form Summary' screen, select a sharing method for permalink.
    • Share (Service Notification Message, Message, Mail, Board)
    • Copy URL
    • QR Code

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the recurring form you want to share the link.
  4. On the 'Repeating Form Summary' screen, select a sharing method for permalink.
    • Share (Service Notification Message, Messagee, Mail, Board)
    • Copy URL
    • Print QR Code

Edit the next scheduled recurring form

You can edit the content or settings of forms that will be repeated in the future.

Changes will be reflected in recurring forms that are created later.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the recurring form you want to edit.
  4. On the recurring form summary screen, tap 'Edit next scheduled recurring form'.
  5. Tap 'OK' and edit the form.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the recurring form you want to edit.
  4. On the recurring form summary screen, click 'Edit next scheduled recurring form'.
  5. Click 'OK' and edit the form.

Scheduled recurring dates

You can check and cancel scheduled recurring dates for forms that will be created in the future.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the recurring form you want to edit.
  4. On the recurring form summary screen, tap 'Scheduled recurring date'.
  5. Check the calendar for scheduled recurring dates, and select and cancel any dates.
  6. Tap 'OK'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the recurring form you want to edit.
  4. On the recurring form summary screen, click 'Scheduled recurring date'.
  5. Check the calendar for scheduled recurring dates, and select and cancel any dates.
  6. Click 'OK'.

You can revert to a previously scheduled recurring date by selecting the date you cancelled again.

However, you cannot select a new scheduled date that did not exist before.

Recurring form list

You can check the list of recurring forms that have been created to date.

You can share, edit, close, delete forms, change settings, preview, or check results.

Also, you can select multiple forms from the list and download the response results in .csv file format in one .zip file for each form.

However, the repeat cycle, recurrence end date, and collaboration settings can only be changed in 'Edit next scheduled recurring form'.

  3. Tap a recurring form.
  4. On the recurring form summary screen, tap 'Repeating Form List'.
  • Edit form: Tap the form you want to edit, and then 'Edit Form'.
  • View form results: Tap 'Results' on the right to view the results.
  • Share form: Tap to the right of the form you want to share, and then 'Copy Response URL' or 'QR Code'.
  • End form: Tap the con on the right of the form to close. Then tap 'Close Form'.
  • Copy form: Tap to the right of the form you want to copy, and then 'Make a Copy'.
  • Delete form: Tap the icon on the right of the form to delete. Then tap 'Delete'.
  • Download form results: Tap 'Select' on the top right, select the form you want to download, and then tap the  icon at the bottom.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click a recurring form.
  4. On the recurring form summary screen, click 'Repeating Form List'.
  • Edit form: Click the form you want to edit, and then 'Edit Form'.
  • View form results: Click 'Results' on the right to view the results.
  • Share form: Click to the right of the form you want to share, and then 'Copy Response URL' or 'QR Code'.
  • End form: Click the con on the right of the form to close. Then click 'Close Form'.
  • Copy form: Click to the right of the form you want to copy, and then 'Make a Copy'.
  • Delete form: Click the icon on the right of the form to delete. Then click 'Delete'.
  • Download form results: Click 'Select' on the top right, select the form you want to download, and then click the icon at the bottom.

Delete recurring forms

You can delete recurring forms.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap the recurring form you want to delete.
  4. Tap .
  5. Tap 'Delete Recurring Form'.
  6. Tap 'OK'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. On the left menu, click the form list.
  3. Click the recurring form you want to delete.
  4. Click .
  5. Click 'Delete Recurring Form'.
  6. Click 'OK'.
