This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
You can download photos, videos, and files attached to an email to your device or save them to Drive.
When you download the attached file, a virus scan is performed automatically.
However, files with a limited download period may be excluded from the virus scan depending on the file size.
View and download photos
You can enlarge the photos attached to an email or download them to your device or Drive.
Mobile
- Tap the photo you want to download from the email.
- Tap
. - Tap 'Save' to save the photo to your device, or tap 'Save to Drive' and select a location to save the photo to Drive.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - Click an email in Mail.
- Select the photo you want to download from the email.
- Select where you want to save the photo. Click
to save the photo to your computer, or click 
to save to Drive.
Edit photos
Mobile
If the 'Restrict file download on mobile app' function is set as 'Do not restrict' in Admin, you can edit photos before downloading them.
- Tap the photo you want to edit.
- Tap 'Edit'.
- If you need to edit the photo, use the functions below, and tap 'Apply'.
Rotate

Draw If you want to revert your photo back to the original, tap 'Back to original'.

- Tap 'Save' to save the photo to your device and 'Save to Drive' to save to Drive.
PC Web

- Click 'Compose' in Mail.

. - To save the edited photo to your computer, click 'Save to PC'. To insert it into the email body, click 'Insert'.
View and download videos
You may be unable to play or download some video file formats depending on the administrator’s settings.
Mobile
- Tap the video to play.
- Tap to save the video to your device.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click an email in Mail.
- Select the video you want to download from the email.
- Select where you want to save the video. Click to save the video to your computer, or click to save to Drive.
View and download attachments
You can download attachments to your device or save them to Drive.
View attachments
You can view the photos or document files attached in the text using the built-in viewer.
- Tap an attachment to view the content using the built-in viewer.
Mobile
Download to Drive

next to the name of the attachment.
If there are more than one attachments, and you want to save all to Drive, tap
. - Select a location in Drive to save the attachments.
Download an attachment on iOS devices
You can only download files to devices with iOS 11 or later versions.
- Tap the attachment you want to download.
- Tap

to save the attachment.
Download an attachment on Android devices
When you open a file on an Android device, the file is automatically saved to your device.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click an email in Mail.
- Select the file you want to download from the email.
- Select where you want to save the file. Click to save the file to your computer, or click to save to Drive.
View and save 'Files with download limit'
The attachment will be automatically switched to a file with a download limit when the following are true:
- Attachment exceeds the file size limit set by the administrator
- The administrator has enabled the 'Files with the download limit' function
Files with download limit can be downloaded up to 100 times within 7 days.
Once the download period expires and the count limit exceeds, the file will be automatically deleted and cannot be restored.
You can view and download files with a download limit in the same method as general attachments.
Storage period for attachments in email
There is no limit in the storage period for general attachments.
Delete an attachment
You can keep the contents of the email and only delete the attachments.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click an email in Mail.
- Click
of the attachment you want to delete from the email. - Click 'OK'.
You cannot restore the attachments you deleted.
Save an email to PC
You can save your email in .eml format to your PC.
When saving all emails in a mailbox, you can create a backup for the mailbox in the ‘Mailbox' setting.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click an email in Mail.
- Open the email, and click 'Other' on the top.
- Click 'Save to PC'.
