You can share files and folders in a message room folder at any time in message rooms.
By sending a message with a shortcut button for direct access to files or folders, you can exchange data necessary for work without worrying about limited shared storage.
Press the 'Go to folder' button to go to the folder or where the file is saved.
This function is not available for folders in which the team leader or Group Master has set permissions for each member.
Send the location of a folder or file to a message room
Mobile
- Click
on the right of the file or folder to send the location. - Tap 'Send'.
- Tap 'Send Location to this Message Room'.
PC App
- Click
on the top. - Click a message room in the message room list on the left.
- Click the 'Folder' tab on the right to the message room.
- Click
on the right of the file to send. - Click 'Send location to this message room'.
Go to a folder via message notification
Mobile
- If you tap 'Go to folder' in the message notification sent to the message room, you can move to the corresponding folder.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- If you click 'Go to the Folder' in the message notification sent to the message room, you can access the folder.
PC App
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Go to the Folder' in the message notification sent to the message room. You will be directed to the PC web screen and can check the folder on the right.
