Automatic replies to external messages

If you receive a message on a particular day of the week and time slot, you can set an automatic reply to share your working hours and availability.

You can use the automatic reply function on public holidays to send automatic replies throughout the day.

You can set different response hours and message contents accordingly for both internal and external contacts.

However, the contents of the automatic reply message will only be sent when the message was received in the 1:1 message room previously.

Automatic replies to messages within company

Set up automatic reply messages to send when receiving 1:1 message from a member from the same company.

Set up an automatic reply to messages within company

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
    For the Free plan, tap 'Quick Notification Settings'.
  3. Tap 'Auto-Reply'.
  4. Tap 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  5. Turn on 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  6. Set the automatic reply time and write the reply contents.
    1. Tap 'Add hours' below the Auto-Reply Time menu to select the day and time when the message will be sent. If you turn on 'All Day', the message is sent automatically throughout the selected day for 24 hours.
    2. Turn on/off 'Auto-reply on holidays'. If you turn this function on, the automatic reply is sent throughout the day on public holidays for 24 hours regardless of the automatic reply hours previously set.
    3. Enter the 'Auto-reply message'.
  7. Tap 'Save' to save the set time and content you wrote.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top right and click 'Settings'.
  2. Click 'Message' on the left.
  3. Click  right to 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  4. Turn on 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  5. Click 'Add hours' on the right of the Auto-Reply Time menu to add the hours when the automatic reply will be sent.
    1. Select the day and time when the message will be sent. If you turn on 'All Day', the message is sent automatically throughout the selected day for 24 hours.
    2. Click 'Save' to save changes.
  6. Turn on/off 'Auto-reply on holidays'. If you turn this function on, the automatic reply is sent throughout the day on public holidays for 24 hours regardless of the automatic reply hours previously set.
  7. Enter the message for the automatic reply.
  8. Click 'Save' at the bottom.

  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Message' tab.

  8. Click 'Apply' at the bottom.

Change the automatic reply time for messages within company

  4. Tap 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  5. Tap  on the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.
  6. Tap 'Edit'.
  7. Change the day and time.
  8. Tap 'Save' to save the changes.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top right and click 'Settings'.
  2. Click 'Message' on the left.
  3. Click  right to 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  4. Click 'Edit' on the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.
  5. Change the day and time in the 'Auto-Reply Time' window.
  6. Click 'Save'.

PC App

  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Message' tab.
  4. Click 'Edit' on the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.
  5. Change the day and time in the 'Auto-Reply Time' window.
  6. Click 'OK'.

Delete time slot for the automatic reply to messages within company

There must be at least 1 automatic reply time slot set. You cannot delete the last set automatic reply time slot.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
    For the Free plan, tap 'Quick Notification Settings'.
  3. Tap 'Auto-Reply'.
  4. Tap 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  5. Tapon the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.
  6. Tap 'Delete'.
  7. Tap 'Save' to save the changes.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top right and click 'Settings'.
  2. Click 'Message' on the left.
  3. Click  right to 'Auto-reply to internal messages'.
  4. Click 'Delete' on the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.

PC App

  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Message' tab.
  4. Click 'Delete' on the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.

Turn off automatic replies to messages within company

If you turn off the automatic reply function, it will no longer send automatic replies.

Delete time slot for the automatic reply

You can delete the set automatic reply time slots, however, there must be at least one automatic reply time slot set.

  3. Tap 'Auto-Reply'.
  4. Tap 'Auto-reply to external messages'.
  5. Tapon the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.
  6. Tap 'Delete'.
  7. Tap 'Save' to save the changes.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top right and click 'Settings'.
  2. Click 'Message' on the left.
  3. Click  on the right of 'Auto-reply to external messages'.
  4. Click 'Delete' on the right of the Auto-Reply Time that you have set.

Turn off automatic replies to messages

If you turn off the automatic reply function, it will no longer send automatic replies.
