Chat with external users

You can check information related to the settings on the external connection for Message.

The area will be displayed only when you have the authority to connect with LINE users or LINE WORKS users from other companies.

In 'My info > Chat with external members', you can check the following items. For more information on each item, refer to 'Message > External connection settings'.

  • My Message ID
  • Add Contact URL
  • My QR code
  • LINE WORKS Add Contact (Only available for members with authority to connect with LINE WORKS users from other companies.)
