This page explains a system environment that supports the stable operation of LINE WORKS.

You can download the LINE WORKS app and the Drive Explorer from the download page.

Web browser

The following are the web browser specifications that support the stable operation of LINE WORKS.

  • Chrome: The latest version
  • Firefox: The latest version

PC app

The following are the operating systems that support the stable operation of the LINE WORKS PC app.

  • Windows: Windows 10, 8.1
  • macOS: macOS 10.13 or later versions

Mobile app

The following are the operating systems that support the stable operation of the LINE WORKS mobile app.

  • Android: Available on 6.0 and later. Some functions may not operate without an issue depending on the device.
  • iOS (including iPhone and iPad): Available on iOS 12 (For iPad, iOS 13.x) or later. Some functions may not operate without an issue depending on the device.

Drive Explorer

The following are the operating systems that support the stable operation of the LINE WORKS Drive Explorer.

  • Windows:
    • Operating system: Windows 10, version 1903 or later
    • Processor: X86 architecture 2.5GHz or above
    • Memory: 8 GB or above
    • Disk format type: NTFS
    • Capacity: 1TB or above
  • macOS:
    • Operating system: macOS Catalina 10.15.4 or later
    • Disk format type: APFS
    • Memory: 8 GB or above
    • Capacity: 256 GB or above

The Drive Explorer may sometimes fail to launch due to an issue related to some builds of Windows 10, Version 1803 released after April 30, 2018. Please use the program in the latest operating system with updates provided by Microsoft.

Please note

In addition, the following system environments and devices do not guarantee the stable operation of LINE WORKS. 

  • iPod touch
  • Custom OS device (e.g. Fire OS device such as Kindle)
  • Simulator/emulator (virtualized environment)
