Access Template

CONTENTS

A template is a document form that you can use throughout Message, Note, and Board services.

Create a template that suits your business needs and select it to fill in the content later.

You can send templates in message rooms or add them in the body of notes in Note and posts in Board.

Access in Message

In the message room, select a template that suits your business needs, fill in the content, and send it.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in the message entry field.
  2. Tap .

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. In the message room list, click the message room to use a template.
  3. Click  at the top right.
  4. Click ‘Template'.

PC App

  1. Click  at the top left of the screen.
  2. In the message room list, click the message room to use a template.
  3. Click  at the top right.
  4. Click ‘Template'.

Access in Note

In Note, select a template that suits your business needs while writing a note to fill in the content and add as note content.

Mobile

  1. In the message room, tap .
  2. Tap ‘Note.’
  3. In Note, tap .
  4. Tap the body entry field and then  that shows up at the top of the keyboard.

PC Web

  1. Click  at the top.
  2. In the message room list, select a message room.
  3. Click ‘Write’ on the right of the screen.
  4. Click .

Access in Board

In Board, select a template that suits your business needs while writing a post to fill in the content and add as post content.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Board.’
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap the body entry field and tap  that shows up at the top of the keyboard.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click ‘Write’ from the left menu and select the board.
  3. Click  on the right.
