How to invite members

1. Select 'Home' from the menu at the bottom

 

2. Tap 'Add internal members'

If an administrator grants permission to invite members, the member who has received the permission can also invite other members themselves.
If the button is not displayed in 'Home', press  on the bottom in 'Contacts' and then 'Add member'.

 

3. Select an invitation method and then member's permission

 

 Members invited as 'Operations Admin' can manage members together with the administrator.

 The permission of the members to be invited can only be selected by administrators.
 

 

Share link

Select the app to share the link.

 

 Show QR code

1. Show the QR code to the member to invite.

2. Invited member scans the QR code.

 

 

4. Invitation complete!

1. Click your profile picture on the top right of the screen

 

2. Select 'Invite new member'

 If an administrator grants permission to invite members, the member who has received the permission can also invite other members themselves.

 

3. Enter the email addresses of co-workers to invite

 You can send multiple invitation emails at once.

 

4. Click 'Send Invitation Mail'

 

5. Invitation complete!

 You can also send invitations to co-workers by clicking 'Copy Invitation Message' and pasting it wherever to send.

Additional Help

What if someone from outside the company is invited?

The invited member will receive a link and enter their registration information. To check the person attempting to register is the invited member, set 'Auto-approve' to 'Do not allow' at 3.
