The App Directory is a collection of third-party tools that can be connected to LINE WORKS. In the App Directory, you can connect various third-party tools that can improve work efficiency to LINE WORKS. It allows you to integrate and streamline your work process using LINE WORKS.

Add an app

Administrators can add apps to LINE WORKS so that members can use them on LINE WORKS by accessing the App Directory's app details page.

On the app details page, apps are displayed in three different states.

Of these, you can only add apps that are in the 'Add to LINE WORKS' state.

1. Press 'App directory' from the left menu of the Admin. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
2. Find the app you want to add in LINE WORKS and press it to access the 'Details Page'.
3. Press 'Add to LINE WORKS' on the app details page.
4. Select the members to use the app.
5. Press 'Add' and the selected members will be able to use the app in LINE WORKS.

Edit an app

Administrators can edit the user list of the added app in the App Directory.

1. Press 'App directory' from the left menu of the Admin. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
2. Find and press the app you want to edit users to access the 'Details Page'.
3. On the Details page, press 'Setting'.
4. Add or remove members who use the app in 'Select members'.
5. Press 'Save' on the bottom to change the list of members who use the app.

Delete an app

Administrators can delete added apps from the App Directory. If you delete the app, members can no longer use the app on LINE WORKS.

1. Press 'App directory' from the left menu of the Admin. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
2. Find and press the app you want to delete to access the 'Details page'.
3. On the Details page, press 'Setting'.
4. Press 'Delete the app' on the app settings page to complete.
