You can register and manage resources such as conference rooms and video conference equipment.
Registered resources can be reserved when members are adding a new event.
Add resources
You can add resources by selecting the category to include the resource.
To add a resource, the category to contain it must be selected.
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page. On mobile, tap the
button to access the menus.
- Press the ‘Resource’ on the top.
- On the right, press the ‘Add facility’.
- Enter the category, facility type, facility name, company user, and set the enable field to on.
- Category: Select the category to include the facility and other resources. Press contents in the category list to view the full list of categories.
- Facility type: You can select between the conference room and others. You can only select the facility type when adding and cannot edit after registering.
- Capacity: Only available if the facility type is a ‘Conference room’. By entering the number of people, members can use it as reference information when booking a conference room.
- Facility name: Enter the name of the resource. If there is a multilingual resource name, you can select a language and enter it.
- Description: Enter a description of the resource.
- Enable: If on, the members can view it on the resource reservation list when adding a schedule.
- At the top right, press ‘Save’ to register a resource.
Edit resource information
You can check and edit the resource information.
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page. On mobile, tap the
button to access the menus.
- Press the ‘Resource’ on the top.
- Press the category that has the resource you want to edit and then the resource.
- On the right, press ‘Edit’.
- Select and edit the information you want.
- On the right, press ‘Save’ to apply changes in the resource information.
Delete resources
You can delete the registered resources.
Members who made a reservation to a deleted resource will receive notifications. Only the resource reservation, not the schedule, will be canceled.
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page. On mobile, tap the
button to access the menus.
- Press the ‘Resource’ on the top.
- Press
of the resource you want to delete.
- Press the ‘Delete’ on the top.
- Press ‘OK’ to finish deleting the resource.
Manage resource reservations
You can check and cancel the resource reservation.
Deleting a resource reservation does not delete the schedule itself.
PC Web
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page.
- Press the ‘Resource’ on the top.
- Press the category that contains the resource you want to manage reservations and then the ‘Manage reservations’.
- Check the reservation status such as title, reservation date, and time by dates.
- For the reservation that needs canceling, press
and then ‘Delete’.
Manage categories
By adding a category, you can group multiple resources.
You can move and delete categories, or create subcategories.
Add categories
Mobile
- At the top right of the Admin page, press

- Press ‘Service’.
- Press ‘Calendar’ to access the ‘Resource’ page.
- At the top left, press
to access the category lists.
- Press ‘+ Add category’.
- Enter the name of a category. If there is a category name in multi-languages, you can select a language to enter.
- At the top right, press ‘Save’.
PC Web
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page.
- Press ‘Resource’ on the top.
- Press ‘+ Add category’ on the top left of the category list.
- Enter the name of the category.
If there is a category name in multi-languages, you can select a language to enter. - Press ‘Save’ on the bottom right.
Edit categories
You can edit the registered category name. The same category names can be used multiple times.

- At the top right of the Admin page, press

- Press ‘Calendar’ to access the ‘Resource’ page.
- At the top right, press
and then ‘Edit’.
- Edit the category name. If there is a category name in multi-languages, you can select a language to edit.
- At the top right, press ‘Save’.
PC Web
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page.
- Press ‘Resource’ on the top.
- Hover over to the category you want to edit from the category list on the left.
- Press
right to the category name and then ‘Edit’.
- Edit the category name. If there is a category name in multi-languages, you can select to edit.
- Press ‘Save’ on the bottom right.
Move categories
You can move categories in the category list.
Mobile
- Press
on the top left of the Admin screen.
- Press ‘Service’.
- Press ‘Calendar’ and access the ‘Resource’ page.
- Press
on the top left to access the category list.
- Drag and drop
to the location of the category list you want.
PC Web
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page.
- Press ‘Resource’.
- Drag and drop the category to the location you want from the category list on the right.
Delete categories
You can delete a registered category. To delete a category, all subcategories and resources included must be deleted or moved.
Mobile
- Press

- Press ‘Service’.
- Press ‘Calendar’ and access the ‘Resource’ page.
- Press
on the top left to access the category list.
- Press
on the top right and then ‘Delete’.
- Press ‘OK’ to delete.
PC Web
- Select ‘Service’ from the left to expand the menu and press ‘Calendar’ to access the page.
- Press ‘Resource’.
- Drag and drop the category to the location you want from the category list on the right.
- Press
right to the category name and ‘Delete’.
- Press ‘OK’ to delete.
