Contacts with no members shown to are external contacts that are not open to any company members because the member has left the company or the team has been deleted.

In Admin, you can designate whom to show the contacts that have no members shown to or delete if you do not need them.

View Contacts with no members shown to

  1. Select 'Service' from the menu on the left of Admin to expand the menu and click 'Contacts'. On the mobile app, tap  to see the menu.
  2. Select 'External Contacts' tab on the top.
  3. Press  and then 'No public members'.

Change sharing scope for contacts with no members shown to

The administrator can change the sharing scope for the contacts with no members shown to in order to share the contacts with some or all members of the company.

  1. Select 'Service' from the menu on the left of Admin to expand the menu and click 'Contacts'. On the mobile app, tap  to see the menu.
  2. Select 'External Contacts' tab on the top.
  3. Press  and then 'No public members'.
  4. Press the contact to edit and then 'Edit'.
  5. Select 'All' or 'Members'. When you have selected 'Members', you can add or delete members, organizations, or groups for the privacy setting.
  6. Press 'Save' to save changes.

Delete contacts with no members shown to

The administrator can delete contacts. When contacts are deleted, they are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

  1. Select 'Service' from the menu on the left of Admin to expand the menu and click 'Contacts'. On the mobile app, tap  to see the menu.
  2. Select 'External Contacts' tab on the top.
  3. Press  and then 'No public members'.
  4. Press the contact to delete and 'Delete'. Then press 'OK'. To delete multiple contacts at once, select them with the checkbox on the left from the list and press 'Delete' on the top.
