Transfer Drive files

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
For the Standard plan, you can use this function by applying for and using the Drive option.

Transfer files from a member's Personal or Message Room Folder to Shared Drive or another member's Personal or Message Room Folder.

When members cannot continue to use the folder as the other member leaves a company or team/group change takes place, you can transfer the files to the existing folder for continuous use.

File transfer settings

Files in members' personal folders or message room folders can be moved to another folder or Drive at once.

File transfer takes time to complete and deletes the file from the previous folder.

When transferring to the member's personal folders, the folder name will be 'TR_transferred member name' or 'TR_transferred folder name'.

When transferring to other message room folders or Shared Drives, it becomes 'TR_transferred member name' or 'TR_transferred folder name'.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Drive' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press 'Transfer file'.
  3. In 'Select transfer subjects', select the transfer target from member's personal folder or message room folder, and enter a name.
  4. Press 'Next'.
  5. In 'Select transfer recipients', select the location to transfer among member's personal folder, message room folder, or Shared Drive and enter a name.
  6. Press 'Transfer file'.

File transfer history

It refers to the history of  transferred files.

You can check the following from the file transfer history:

  • Transfer subject (Personal Folder, Message Room Folder)
  • Transfer recipient (Personal Folder, Message Room Folder, Shared Drive)
  • Transferred storage
  • Transfer date
  • Transfer status
  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Drive' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press 'Transfer file'.
  3. Press the 'See transfer history' menu at the bottom.
  4. Check the 'Transfer history' window.
