This function is only available for the Standard and Advanced plans.

You can view, monitor, and manage forms created by members.

View form lists

You can view, monitor, and manage forms created by members.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Form' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press the 'Form list' on the top to view.
    • Title/date of creation: Displays the form title and the date it was created.
    • Progress: Displays whether the form is in progress or closed.
    • Writer: Displays the name and account (ID@group name or ID@domain) of the author.
    • Respondents: Displays the number of members who responded to the form. It is in the format of the number of respondents/number of form subjects. Also displays whether the respondent is an internal/external user.
    • Collaboration forms: Displays whether the form is co-managed.
    • Show results: Displays the option chosen by the form creator on whether to show form results.
      • Use: Show form results
      • Do not use: Do not show form results
    • Respondent Info: Displays the option chosen by the form creator on whether to receive anonymous responses or form responses with respondent names.
    • Delete: The administrator can delete the form created by the members. Members cannot access the form afterward.

Set search conditions

Set search conditions to easily check forms that meet the criteria.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Form' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
  2. Press the 'Form list' on the top to view.
  3. At the top right, press .
  4. Select or enter the values that meet your search criteria.
    • All: Select the search target. You can choose from All, Survey Title, and Writer. Enter a search term when you select the Survey Title or Writer.
    • Period: Enter the period that the form you want to find was created.
  5. Press 'Search' to see the search results that meet your criteria.
