Board posts backup

This function is only available for the Standard and Advanced plans.

Download all posts and attached files on the Board or check the request histories.

Save posts backup file

Download all posts and attached files uploaded on the Board. When you request a backup for the Board posts, a download link will be sent to the email you selected or entered.

When you receive an email with the title 'You may download the posts back up file.', press the link in the email to save the file.

However, the following posts are not included in the download file.

  • Temporarily saved post
  • Post in the Trash
  • Post that contains files with extensions blocked by the administrator
  • When the shared capacity is exceeded
  • Comments and comment attachments

You can request the post backup up to 5 times a day. If there is a post backup file that you can 'Download' in the post backup history, you must 'Delete' to request the post backup again.

You can request a backup file on mobile, but 'Download' is not available.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Board' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press 'Backup'.
  3. Select the email to receive the download link. You can receive a download link via your business email. If your personal email is saved, you can also choose to receive a download link through your personal email.
  4. Press 'Select board' to select a board to back up. You can also select all boards.
  5. Press 'Post backup'.

Receive post backup file via personal email 

In addition to your business email address, you can also receive backup files of your posts via personal email address. Personal emails can be saved in My Profile.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Board' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Tap the 'Backup' tab.
  3. Select 'Personal email' and then press 'Post backup'.

Check post backup history

Check the save request history of all posts and its attached files. 
You can check, download, or delete the following from the save request histories:

  • Time of request to save
  • The administrator who requested
  • The download expiration date
  • The company that downloaded
  • Total file size
  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Board' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press 'Backup'.
  3. Check the post backup history on the bottom of the page and then download or delete the history.
