Mail general settings

This function is only available for the Advanced plan.

Change the general settings of the Mail service.

Email receipt confirmation

Change the setting to allow members to know when a recipient reads their email at 'Request email read receipt'.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Mail' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
  2. Press 'General' on the top.
  3. Press right to the 'Request email read receipt' field to turn on the 'Request email read receipt'.
  4. At the top right, press 'Save' to apply changes.

File attachment

Set the maximum file size sum of all the attached files. You can set up to 25MB.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Mail' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press 'General' on the top.
  3. Press  to the right of the  'Attach file' field and enter the maximum file size for uploads.
  4. At the top right, press 'Save' to apply changes.

Files with download deadline

Select whether to allow sending a file that exceeds the attachment file size limit with an expiration date in the 'Admin > Security > Mail Security' page.
If the 'Files with download limit' field is set to 'Allow Attachment' on the 'Admin > Security > Mail Security', you can set the number of attachments and file size limits for files with a download deadline on the 'General' page of Service’s Mail.

Also, you can attach up to 10 files with a download deadline and 2GB (2048MB) each. You can download the uploaded file up to 100 times in 7 days.

  1. Select 'Service' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Mail' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus.
  2. Press 'General' on the top.
  3. Press to the right of the 'Files with download time limit' field.
  4. Enter the maximum attachment number and file size limit. Then press 'Save' to apply changes.
