You can check and change the contract-related information.
- Select ‘Purchase’ from the menu on the left of Admin to expand the menu and click ‘Manage settings’. On the mobile app, tap to see the menu.
You can check the company information displayed on your invoice.
To edit the company or organization name, address, or phone number, press ‘Edit’.
Account to receive email notifications
You can check the email address to receive payment notification emails.
License is only displayed for annual contracts.
- License: You can check the number of purchased licenses.
Press ‘Add’ to add a license.
You can check the details of your current contract and the end date.
If you press ‘Change’, the plan options you can change at the time of contract renewal appear as follows.
- Annual contract: The contract is renewed every year. The unit price, according to the number of members, is the unit price of the annual contract. The usage fee is calculated according to the number of licenses set previously.
- Monthly contract: The contract is renewed every month. The unit price, according to the number of members, is the price of the monthly contract. The fee is calculated according to the number of members actually registered in the service.
You can freely change the plan option until the end of the current contract.
Recurring payment method
You can check the current recurring payment method.
Press ‘Change’ to access the Manage Payment Method page and change the recurring payment method.
