Upgrade

You can upgrade the plan you are currently using.

However, upgrading to the Advanced plan is only available on the PC web.

When upgrading from Standard to Advanced plan, you need to register your domain and verify domain ownership.

If you do not have a domain, you can set up a free domain (by-works.com) provided by LINE WORKS.

To use the LINE WORKS Mail on Advanced plan, you need to set up the MX record. It may take up to 72 hours to sync completely after setting up your MX record.

You cannot downgrade the plan in use.

Mobile

On mobile, you can only upgrade from Free to Standard plan.

  1. Tap at the top left in Admin. Then, tap 'Purchase(Upgrade)'.
  2. Review your plan and tap 'Upgrade' at the bottom.
  3. Select a monthly contract or an annual contract, then tap 'Next'.
  4. After confirming your purchase details, enter your company information.
  5. Agree to the terms of use.
  6. Tap 'Upgrade'.

PC Web

  1. Select 'Purchase(Upgrade)' from the menu on the left of Admin to expand the menu and click 'Plan Upgrade'.
  2. Check the plan details, and then click 'Upgrade'.
  3. Select a monthly contract or an annual contract, then click 'Next'.
  4. After confirming your purchase details, enter your company information.
  5. Agree to the terms of use. For the Advanced plan, the domain must be set to in use in Domain Settings.
  6. Check the details of the upgrade and precautions. Then click 'Upgrade'.
