Restrict organizational chart access

CONTENTS

This function is only available for the Standard and Advanced plans.

In LINE WORKS, all members can access the organizational chart, check the members of other organizations, and view a specific member's profile. However, you can also restrict members from viewing other organizations and their members in the organizational chart.

Once restricted, members cannot view other members' profiles and Calendar events except for those allowed for viewing even when they search on LINE WORKS Contacts.

You can restrict the search based on the following units: member, user type, and organization.

Category Contents
Member Restriction settings apply only to the added members.
