When creating an event, you can create a video meeting link or add an existing meeting link.
Create a video meeting link
You can create a meeting link on the event creation screen.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Video Meeting’ in the New Event screen.
- Select ‘Create Link’.
- Select ‘Add Link’.
- Enter the details of the event, and tap ‘Save’.
PC Web
- In the New Event page, click ‘Add video meeting’.
- Click ‘Create link’.
- Click ‘Add link’.
- Enter the details of the event, and click ‘Save’.
Once the event is saved, you will see the ‘Join Video Meeting’ button. You can then join the meeting through the link.
Enter an existing video meeting link directly
You can add an existing video meeting link to an event.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Video Meeting’ in the New Event screen.
- Select ‘Enter Link’.
- Enter the details of the meeting link you want to add. (You can only add one URL.)
- Select ‘Add’ on the top right.
- Enter the details of the event, and tap ‘Save’.
PC Web
- In the New Event screen, click ‘Add video meeting’.
- Click ‘Enter link’.
- Enter the details of the meeting link you want to add. (You can only add one URL.)
- Click ‘Add link’.
- Enter the details of the event, and click ‘Save’.
