Add a video meeting link to an event

    When creating an event, you can create a video meeting link or add an existing meeting link.

    To create a video meeting link, the administrator must turn on the 'Voice/Video call and screen share' setting.

    The video meeting link does not expire until you start a call.

    Create a video meeting link

    You can create a meeting link on the event creation screen.

    You can also have a meeting with a live interpretation by selecting 'Interpretation meeting' and then creating a meeting link.

    Mobile

    1. Tap 'Video Meeting' in the New Event screen.
    2. Select 'Create Link'.
    3. Select 'Add Link'.
    4. Enter the details of the event, and tap 'Save'.

    PC Web

    1. In the New Event page, click 'Add Video Meeting'.
    2. Click 'Create Link'.
    3. Click 'Add Video Meeting'.
    4. Enter the details of the event, and click 'Save'.

    Once the event is saved, you will see the 'Join Video Meeting' button. You can then join the meeting through the link.

    Create an external meeting link

    When adding a new event in Calendar, you can create an external meeting link that allows you to have a video meeting with guest users.

    However, to create an external meeting link, you need permission to chat with a LINE WORKS user from other companies.

    You can also have a meeting with a live interpretation by selecting 'Interpretation meeting' and then creating a meeting link.

    Mobile

    1. On the New Event screen, tap 'Video Meeting'.
    2. Tap 'Create External Link'.
    3. Tap 'Add Link'.
    4. Enter information on the new event and then tap 'Save'.

    PC Web

    1. On the New Event screen, click 'Add Video Meeting'.
    2. Click 'Create External Link'.
    3. Click 'Add Video Meeting'.
    4. Enter information on the new event and then click 'Save'.

    Participants can join the meeting via the created meeting link or the 'Join Video Meeting' button on the event details.

    Enter an existing video meeting link directly

    You can add an existing video meeting link to an event.

    Mobile

    1. Tap 'Video Meeting' in the New Event screen.
    2. Select 'Enter Link'.
    3. Enter the details of the meeting link you want to add. (You can only add one URL.)
    4. Select 'Add' on the top right.
    5. Enter the details of the event, and tap 'Save'.

    PC Web

    1. In the New Event screen, click 'Add Video Meeting'.
    2. Click 'Enter Link'.
    3. Enter the details of the meeting link you want to add. (You can only add one URL.)
    4. Click 'Add Video Meeting'.
    5. Enter the details of the event, and click 'Save'.
