The following are the three Template categories:
- ‘Company’ templates in which all members of the company can use
- ‘Team/Group’ templates used by team or group members
- ‘MY’ templates for an individual user to use
There are different ways to create a new template:
- Create new ‘Company’, ‘Team/Group’, or ‘MY’ templates.
- Copy an existing template to create a new one in the location you want.
Create a new Company template
You can create a new template that all members can use.
Mobile
- Tap
in the message entry field.
- Tap
.
- Tap the ‘Company’ tab.
- On the bottom of the list of company templates, tap the ‘Create company template’.
- Organize the content as you want and tap ‘Complete’.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- From the list of message rooms, click the message room that you will use the template.
- Click
on the top right of the message room.
- Click ‘Template’.
- Click the ‘Company’ tab on the top.
- On the bottom of the list of company templates, click the ‘Create company template’.
- Organize the content as you want and click ‘Complete’.
PC App
- Click
on the top left.
- From the list of message rooms, click the message room that you will use the template.
- Click
on the top right of the message room.
- Click ‘Template’.
- Click the ‘Company’ tab on the top.
- On the bottom of the list of company templates, click the ‘Create company template’.
- Organize the content as you want and tap ‘Complete’.
Copy an existing template to create a Company template
If you want to create a ‘Company’ template by editing the contents of an existing template, you can use the copy function to create a new ‘Company’ template.
Mobile
- Among the templates in each tab, tap
of the template you want to use again.
- Tap ‘Copy template’.
- Tap ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then tap ‘Confirm’.
- Make changes to the existing template.
- Tap ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.
PC Web
- From the list of templates, click
of the template you want to use again.
- Click ‘Copy template’.
- Click ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then click ‘Confirm’.
- Make changes to the existing template.
- Click ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.
PC App
- From the list of templates, click
of the template you want to use again.
- Click ‘Copy template’.
- Click ‘Company’ as the copy destination, and then click ‘Confirm’.
- Make changes to the existing template.
- Click ‘Complete’ to create a new ‘Company’ template.
Create new Team/Group template
You can create a new template that Team/Group members can use.
Mobile
- Tap

- From the list of templates, tap ’Team/Group’.
- On the bottom of the list of Team/Group templates, tap ‘Create team/group template’.
- Tap the name of the team or group to create a template. (If you have accessed this page through the Team/Group Message Room, the corresponding team or group is selected automatically.)
- Organize the content as you want.
- For Team/Group templates, you can give ‘All members’ or ‘Writer’ the ‘Permission to edit and delete template’. (The default setting is ‘All members’.)
- Tap ‘Complete’.
