New templates

CONTENTS

Create a new template that suits your business purpose.

You can create a new template or copy and edit an existing template.

The following are the template types.

  • Company templates: Available for all company members
  • Team/Group templates: Only available to team or group members
  • MY templates: Only available to you

Create a Company template

You can create a new template that all members can use.

Mobile

  1. Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
  2. Tap the 'Company' tab.
  3. On the top of the company templates list, tap .
  4. Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.

PC Web

  1. Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
  2. Click the 'Company' tab on the top.
  3. On the top of the company templates list, click .
  4. Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.

Create Team/Group template

You can create a new template that Team/Group members can use.

Turn on the 'Enable editing' setting at the bottom to give all team/group members permission to edit the template.

Mobile

  1. Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
  2. Tap 'Team/Group'.
  3. On the top of the Team/Group templates list, tap .
  4. Tap the name of the team or group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
  5. Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.

PC Web

  1. Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
  2. Click ’Team/Group'.
  3. On the top of the Team/Group templates list, click .
  4. Click the name of the team or group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
  5. Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.

Create MY template

You can create a new template that only you can use.

Mobile

  1. Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
  2. Tap 'MY' tab on the top.
  3. On the top of the MY templates list, tap .
  4. Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.

PC Web

  1. Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
  2. Click 'MY' tab on the top.
  3. On the top of the MY templates list, click .
  4. Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
