Contact company members

CONTENTS

You can send messages, emails, or event invitations, or make free calls to members saved in Company members.

Contact a company member

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Contacts'.
  2. Tap the 'Company Members' tab on the top.
  3. Swipe left the member you want to contact or tap the member.
  4. Select from Message, Free Call, Mail, or Appointment to contact the member.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click the name of the member you want to contact.
  3. Send a message or email to the member or invite them to an event.

PC App

  1. Click  on the top left.
  2. Click ‘Organization chart’ on the right of the search bar.
  3. Click the profile photo of the member to contact.
  4. Send a message or email to the member or make a call.

Contact multiple company members

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Contacts'.
  2. Tap the 'Company Members' tab on the top.
  3. Tap and hold one of the company members you want to contact.
  4. Select all members you want to contact.
  5. Click the buttons for Message, Mail, or Event invitation to contact members.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Selecton the left of the name of the members to contact.
  3. Click 'Mail' on the top of the page to send an email, or click 'Message' to create a message room.

PC App

  1. Click  on the top left.
  2. Click ‘Organization chart’ on the right of the search bar.
  3. Selecton the left of the name of the members to contact.
  4. Click ‘OK’ at the bottom of the page to create a message room.
