The team features such as Message, Note, Event, Folder, and Mailing List to facilitate seamless collaboration between team members.
Only the team leader can set whether to use team functions.
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap ‘Company Members’ on the top.
- Tap in the organizational chart.
- Tap ‘Manage Team feature’.
- Change the settings for Team features and tap ‘Save’.
- Click on the top.
- Click the team name under ‘Company members’ on the left menu.
- Click on the right side of the Search Contacts bar.
- Change the settings for team features and tap ‘Save’.
