You can add Customers/Clients contacts to manage and share with other company members. You can add up to 100 phone numbers, email addresses, birth dates, anniversary dates, companies, addresses, and so on for each respectively. The profile photo in the contact must be a .jpg, .png, or .gif file, and smaller than 10MB.
Contact information of Customers/Clients in Contacts is added and used in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
You can add up to 10,000 for the Free plan and 50,000 for Lite, Basic, and Premium plans.
Add Customers/Clients contacts
The following are the ways of adding Customers/Clients contacts:

Add manually
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘All’ of ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap
to add a new client/customer contact.
- Enter the contact and tap ‘Save’ to add the contact.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click ‘Add contact’.
- Click ‘Customer/Client Contacts’.
- Enter the contact information of the new client/customer.
Click ‘Save’ to add the contact. If you want to add more client/customer contacts, click ‘Save and Add More’.
Add by scanning a business card
You can quickly enter various information by scanning a business card.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘All’ of ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap
and then ‘Contacts’.
- Tap ‘Scan business card’ on the top in Add clients/customers screen.
- Scan the business card by placing it within the frame.
- Check the scanned image of the business card. Rescan or edit the image if necessary.
- Tap ‘Use’ on the top right.
- Check if the information on the business card is entered correctly in the screen. Edit the information if necessary. Tap ‘Save’ on the top right.
Add Customers/Clients contacts in bulk
You can add multiple client/customer contacts in bulk by downloading a sample .csv, .xls, or .txt file and filling out the contact information.
PC Web

- Click
on the top.
- Click ‘Import Contacts’ on the left menu.
- Click the format you want from ‘Download Csv Sample’, ‘Download Excel Sample’, or ‘View Text Sample’, and download the sample file.
- Add contacts to the sample file, and save. If you are using the .csv sample file, you must save the text code as UTF-8. For the .txt sample file, after clicking ‘View Text Sample’, copy the message shown on the screen. Then paste the text to an editing tool such as Notepad. Edit the text, and save as UTF-8.
- Click ‘Select file’ to upload the saved file.
- Click ‘Import’ to check the list of contacts to add. Any required field left blank will be highlighted in red.
- Click ‘Save’ to add the contacts in bulk.

Edit Customers/Clients contacts
The following are the ways to edit Customers/Clients contacts:
- Edit manually
- Edit by scanning a business card
- Edit who can view a contact
Edit manually
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘All’ in ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap the name of contact you want to edit.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Edit’.
- Edit the contact information, and tap ‘Save’.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click ‘Customers/Clients’ on the left menu.
- In ‘Customers/Clients’, click ‘All Contacts’ or the tag name of the contact you want to edit.
- Click the contact you want to edit.
- Click
in the detailed view of the contact on the right.
- Click ‘Edit’.
- Edit the contact information, and click ‘Save’.

- Tap ‘All’ in ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap the name of contact you want to edit.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Edit’.
- Tap ‘Scan business card’ on top of the Edit clients/customers screen.
- Scan the business card by placing it within the frame.
- Check the scanned image of the business card. Rescan or edit the image if necessary.
- Tap ‘Use’ on the top right.
- Check if the information on the business card is entered correctly in the screen. You will find the added information below the existing information. Edit the information if necessary. Tap ‘Save’ on the top right.
Edit who can view a contact
You can adjust who can view the contact and make a contact private.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap the name of a contact to edit.
- Tap
and then ‘Edit’.
- On the bottom, select scope to ‘Open to’.
- Change the scope to open to ‘Members’. Do not add members other than yourself under ‘Add members’.
- Tap ‘Save’ to make the contact private.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click ‘Customers/Clients’ on the left menu.
- Click ‘All Contacts’ of ‘Customers/Clients’ or a tag that has the contact to edit.
- Click a contact to edit. On the right, click
on the contact details and then ‘Edit’.
- Change the scope to open to ‘Members’. Do not add members other than yourself under ‘Add members’.
- Click ‘Save’ to make the contact private.
Delete Customers/Clients contacts
You can delete Customers/Clients contacts.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘All’ in ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap the name of contact you want to delete.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Delete’ to delete the contact. Please note that you cannot delete the contacts of external members who are currently in a message room with other members.
PC Web

- Click ‘Customers/Clients’ on the left menu.
- In ‘Customers/Clients’, click ‘All Contacts’ or the tag name of the contact you want to delete.
- Click the contact you want to delete.
- Click
in the detailed view of the contact on the right.
- Click ‘Delete’ to delete the contact. Please note that you cannot delete the contacts of external members who are currently in a message room with other members.
Permanently delete a contact
You can permanently delete client/customer contacts.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Trash’ in ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap the name of the contact you want to permanently delete.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Delete’ to delete the contact permanently.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click ‘Customers/Clients’ on the left menu.
- Click ‘Trash’.
- Select
on the left of the contact you want to permanently delete, and click ‘Delete Permanently’ on the top.
- Click ‘OK’ to permanently delete the contact.
Restore a deleted contact
You can also restore deleted contacts.
Mobile
- Tap ‘Contacts’.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Trash’ in ‘Clients/Customers’.
- Tap the name of contact you want to restore.
- Tap

- Tap ‘Restore’ to restore the contact.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click ‘Customers/Clients’ on the left menu.
- Click ‘Trash’.
- Select
on the left of the contact you want to restore, and click ‘Restore’.
- Click ‘OK’ to restore the contact.
