Download form results

The form creator can download the form results as a .csv file for further analysis.

Mobile

  1. Tap    in Form.
  2. Tap 'My Forms'.
  3. Tap 'Results' of the form you want to download the results.
  4. Tap  on the top right.
  5. Tap 'Save' if you want to save the file to your device, 'Save to Drive' to save to Drive, and 'Save to Folder' to save to Folder.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'My Forms' on the left menu.
  3. Click 'Results' in the form list to view form results.
  4. Click  on the top right.
  5. Click 'Save' if you want to save the file to your computer, 'Save to Drive' to save to Drive, and 'Save to Folder' to save to Folder.

You can only download the results when the form has at least one respondent.

Download results from recurring form list

For forms with recurrence settings, you can download the response results of multiple forms at once as a .zip file in the recurring form list.

You can download up to 30 forms at once, and a download link will be sent as a service notification when the download is ready.

Download links are valid for 7 days.

  2. Tap 'My Forms'.
  3. Tap 'Form List' of the recurring form you want to download the results.
  4. Tap 'Select' at the top right of the 'Repeating Form List' screen.
  5. Select a form to download results.
  6. At the bottom of the 'Repeating Form List' screen, tap .
  7. Tap 'Save'.
  8. When you receive the 'Download form results' service notification, tap 'File Download' at the bottom of the notification message.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. In the left menu, click 'My Forms'.
  3. Click 'Form List' of the recurring form to download the results.
  4. Click 'Select' at the top right of the 'Repeating Form List' screen.
  5. Select a form to download results.
  6. At the bottom of the 'Repeating Form List' screen, click .
  7. Click 'Save'.
  8. When you receive the 'Download form results' service notification, click 'File Download' at the bottom of the notification message.
