This function is only available for the Advanced plan.
By setting up email reminders, you do not have to mark the email you opened as read. You can maintain the email as unread to check back later.
You can set up a reminder to go back to the email again after reading it or group emails with a reminder to view.
The reminder will notify you of the set time and change the email as unread.
You can set the reminder time in advance.
Set or remove a reminder
If you set up a reminder, the scheduled time will be displayed below the time when the email was received.
Set up a reminder in the reading pane
Mobile
- Open an email and tap right to the time you received the email.
- Set the reminder time. To remove the reminder, tap 'Cancel reminder'.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click an email in Mail.
- Click 'Reminder' on top.
- Select the reminder time. To remove the reminder, click 'Delete reminder'.
Set up a reminder from the list
Mobile
- Swipe left on the email you want to set up a reminder from the email list.
- Tap 'Reminder'.
- Set the reminder time. To remove the reminder, tap 'Cancel reminder'.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Check the email you want to set up a reminder from the email list.
- Click 'Reminder' on the top.
- Select a time to receive a notification. To remove the reminder, click 'Delete reminder'.
Set up reminders for multiple emails from the list
Mobile
- Tap and hold the email you want to set up reminders from the email list.
- Select all emails you want to set up reminders.
- Tap on the bottom.
- Set the reminder time. To remove the reminders, tap 'Cancel reminder'.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Select all emails you want to set up reminders from the email list.
- Click 'Reminder' on the top.
- Set the reminder time. To remove the reminders, click 'Delete reminder'.
View all emails with reminders
You can view all emails with reminders separately.
Mobile
- Tap in Mail.
- Tap to view all emails with reminders.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Reminder' on the top left of Mail.
