You can create your own mailbox under My Mailbox and manage emails according to each purpose by moving them to the created mailboxes.
Create a new mailbox
You can create a new mailbox under My Mailbox to store emails.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap ‘Manage’ right to ‘My Mailbox’.
- Tap
on the top right.
- Enter a name for the mailbox and select a location.
- Tap ‘Save’ to create a new mailbox.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over ‘My Mailbox’ and then click
that appear next to My Mailbox.
- Enter a name for the mailbox in the ‘New mailbox’ field.
You can enter up to 100 characters for the name. The name cannot contain ‘/’. Mailboxes can have up to 5 levels of hierarchy.
Edit My Mailbox
You can edit the name and location of the mailboxes you created.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap ‘Manage’ right to ‘My Mailbox’.
- Tap the mailbox you want to edit.
- Edit the mailbox name and select a location.
- Tap ‘Save’ to save changes.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over the mailbox you want to edit.
- Click
and then ‘Change name’.
- Enter the new name of the mailbox.
Delete My Mailbox
You can delete the mailboxes you created.
Mobile
- Tap
in Mail.
- Tap ‘Manage’ right to ‘My Mailbox’.
- Tap the mailbox you want to delete.
- Tap ‘Delete Mailbox’ to delete the mailbox.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Hover the mouse over the mailbox you want to delete.
- Click
and then ‘Delete’.
Deleting a mailbox will also delete all of the sub-mailboxes included. All deleted mailboxes and sub-mailboxes are stored in Trash.
