Spam settings

In LINE WORKS, you can block spam emails or move them to the Spam Mail.

Each user has their own list of blocked users.

If you add a sender’s email address to the block list, all emails sent from the sender will be moved to Spam Mail from on.

Enter an email address or domain to block

Add a sender’s email address to the block list

Search in the block list

Delete an email address from the block list

Report spam

You can change the settings in ‘Settings > Set Spam’ or report an email that you suspect as spam to block or permanently delete the email. The system analyzes the emails you reported as spam to block spam emails in the future.

If you moved an email to Spam Mail by mistake, select the email in ‘Spam Mail’ and click ‘Cancel spam’.
