Send a link

You can send links for files and folders within the message room folder instead of emails or messages with attachments to members outside of a message room.

You can enhance security by setting access permission, valid period, and editing permission.

Link sharing is recommended for sharing large files as it does not use additional shared storage capacity.

Folders and files shared as links are marked with on the right of their name.

To send a link, the folder must have its link sharing function enabled.

You cannot send links to External Group Folders.
