How to log in
Mobile App
1. Open the app and go to the login screen. Then tap 'Phone number Login' on the login screen
2. After entering the country and mobile phone number verified during registration, tap 'Login'
3. Enter the 4-digit verification number received via SMS
4. Login complete!
PC Web
1. Click the login shortcut
You can log in conveniently by adding the login shortcut link to your browser's favorites.
Or click 'Sign in' on the official LINE WORKS website.
2. Click 'Login with phone number' on the login screen
3. Enter the country and mobile phone number verified during the signup process and click 'Start'
4. Enter the 4-digit verification number received via LINE WORKS mobile app
If you are not logged into the mobile app, you can also click 'Receive via SMS' to receive a verification number via SMS.
5. Login complete!

I signed up with a LINE WORKS ID. How do I log in?
If you have created a new LINE WORKS account when signing up, log in according to the following instruction.
<Mobile>
1. Enter 'ID@group name' in 'ID Login' of the login screen and then tap 'Login'
2. After entering the password, tap 'Login'
<PC Web/PC App>
1. Enter 'ID@group name' in 'Login with ID' of the login screen and then click 'Start'
2. After entering the password, click 'Login'
If you forgot your ID/Password, click 'Find ID, Password' to find it.
I signed up using a LINE account, how do I log in?
If you have signed up with a LINE account or set the login with LINE to use, log in according to the instructions below.
<Mobile>
1. On the login screen, tap 'ID Login'
2.Tap 'Allow' in LINE's permission window
3. Tap 'OK' on the LINE WORKS app screen
4. Tap 'Open' in 'Open in “LINE WORKS”?'
<PC Web/PC App>
1. On the login screen, click 'Login with LINE'
2. Enter your LINE email and password and click 'Log in'
I can't verify my phone number.

After confirming that the number is correct, tap 'Request another verification number' or 'Login using another method' to log in with your LINE WORKS ID or LINE account.
<PC Web/PC App>
After confirming that the number is correct, click 'Request another verification number' or return to the login screen and log in with your LINE WORKS ID or LINE account.
