Branching settings

    To set up branching, you need to organize your form into multiple pages by adding pages that will appear next.

    Page branching settings

    You can select which page to show up when the respondent clicks 'Next' on the bottom of the page.

    You can only select pages that come after the current page for the branching setting.

    Mobile

    1. Tapon the top right of the page to apply branching setting.
    2. Tap 'Branching'.
    3. Tap the branching setting area on the bottom of each page.
    4. Select the page to connect through the branching setting. Once you select 'Submit form', the submit button appears on the page.

    PC Web

    1. Clickon the top right of the page to apply branching setting.
    2. Click 'Branching'.
    3. Click the branching setting area on the bottom of each page.
    4. Select the page to connect through the branching setting. Once you select 'Submit form', the submit button appears on the page.
    5. Click 'OK'.

    Question branching settings

    You can apply branching settings to questions.

    You can only apply branching question settings to the 'Multiple choice', 'Schedule vote', 'Dropdown', and 'Rating' question types. This setting is only available for pages that come after the questions.

    Branching settings applied to questions are prioritized over branching pages.

    Select branching question

    Select the question to apply branching settings.

    Mobile

    1. Tapon the top right of the page with questions to apply branching setting.
    2. Tap 'Branching'.
    3. Tap 'Add skip logic' right to the page to apply branching setting.
    4. Select the question to add and tap 'OK'.

    PC Web

    1. Clickon the top right of the page with questions to apply branching setting.
    2. Click 'Branching'.
    3. Click 'Add skip logic' right to the page to apply branching setting.
    4. Select the question to add and click 'Add'.

    If multiple questions on the same page have branch settings applied, the setting for the last question is prioritized.

    Answer choice branching Settings

    Select the question to apply branching setting, and then select the page to show according to form participants’ response by setting the branching per answer choice.

    Mobile

    1. Tap the answer choice to apply the branching setting.
    2. Select the page to connect through the branching setting. Once you select 'Submit form', the submit button appears on the page.

    PC Web

    1. Click the answer choice to apply the branching setting.
    2. Select the page to connect through the branching settings. Once you select 'Submit form', the submit button appears on the page.
    3. Click 'OK'.
