Create a new template that suits your business purpose.
You can create a new template or copy and edit an existing template.
The following are the template types.
- Company templates: Available for all company members
- Team/Group templates: Only available to team or group members
- MY templates: Only available to you
Create a Company template
You can create a new template that all members can use.
Mobile
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Tap the 'Company' tab.
- On the bottom of the list of company templates, tap the 'Create company template'.
- Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.
PC Web
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Click the 'Company' tab on the top.
- On the bottom of the list of company templates, click the 'Create company template'.
- Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
Create Team/Group template
You can create a new template that Team/Group members can use.
Turn on the 'Enable editing' setting at the bottom to give all team/group members permission to edit the template.
Mobile
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Tap 'Team/Group'.
- On the bottom of the list of Team/Group templates, tap 'Create team/group template'.
- Tap the name of the team or group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
- Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.
PC Web
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Click ’Team/Group'.
- On the bottom of the list of Team/Group templates, click the 'Create team/group template'.
- Click the name of the team or group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
- Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
Create MY template
You can create a new template that only you can use.
Mobile
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Tap 'MY' tab on the top.
- On the bottom of the list of MY templates, tap 'Create MY template'.
- Organize the content as you want and tap 'Complete'.
PC Web
- Open the template list screen in Message, Note, and Board.
- Click 'MY' tab on the top.
- On the bottom of the list of MY templates, click 'Create MY template'.
- Organize the content as you want and click 'Complete'.
